Please be advised that once your order has been shipped and the tracking information has been provided, our responsibility for the package is considered fulfilled. The shipment is then in the custody of the postal or shipping carrier, and any issues that arise during transit—including delays, damages, or loss—must be addressed directly with the carrier.

While we take steps to ensure your order is shipped promptly and securely, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur once the package leaves our facility. All shipments are insured for up to $100 to cover potential damages or loss during transit.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that our liability ends when the carrier takes possession of the package.
